AR Technology

AR Technology : The origin of the word augmented comes from augment, which means to enhance something or to add. As we all know Augmented Reality is an enhanced experience of a real-world environment where the objects exists in the real world but enhanced by computer-generated information.

As cxocARd our tech is Cloud & Marker Based AR Technology . Because of our cloud tech we are giving service to our customers fast and cost effective way. Before diving into AR Technology types lets watch some experience videos from our YouTube Channel.

Augmented Reality (AR) may not be as exciting as virtual reality. However, AR becomes a very useful tool in our everyday lives. From medical procedures to gaming , AR is a rapidly growing media. Because it brings elements of the virtual world, into the real world. Therefore AR enhances the things we hear, see and feel. Augmented reality is in the middle of the mixed reality spectrum; between the real world and the virtual world. There are different types of Augmented Reality:

Projection Based Augmented Reality

It allows interaction by sending light onto a real world surface. Then sensing the human interaction of that projected light such as touching. Projection based augmented reality works by projecting artificial light onto real world surfaces.

Superimposition Based Augmented Reality

This technology partially or fully replaces the original view of an object. In superimposition based augmented reality, object recognition plays an important role. Because the application cannot replace the original view with an augmented view. The technology must determine what the object is.

Marker Based Augmented Reality

It is also called Image Recognition. This technology uses a camera and/or some type of visual marker to produce a result. The reader then senses the marker for this type of AR to work. This type of technology works using a camera to distinguish a marker from any other real world object.

Markerless Augmented Reality

Another for this most widely used and implemented applications of augmented reality is location-based, position-based, or GPS for short. It uses a digital compass, velocity meter or GPS. They are embedded in the device to provide data based on your location.
